<menu>태그는 메뉴의 속성을 가지는 목록을 표현할 때 사용합니다. 이 태그는 html4에서는 사용을 권장하지 않았으나 html5에서 다시 추가되었습니다.
type : 메뉴의 종류를 지정합니다. 사용되는 값은 context, list, toolbar입니다.
label : 메뉴의 이름을 지정합니다.
